Project Director
As Project Director, Raquel is responsible for the overall management, direction, coordination, and execution of the Design and Construction of the Project in addition to being responsible for the performance and resourcing of Project construction throughout all tiers of the Project’s team.
Manuel Fernandez
Construction Director
As Construction Director, Manuel is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the construction, industrial, municipal, and civil aspects of the Project while complying with all applicable safety and environmental requirements.
Wendi Schrader
Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources Manager, Wendi is responsible for the overall human resources function throughout the project including but not limited to talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, payroll, compliance, workforce development, etc.
Mario Andreu
Technical Director
As Technical Director, Mario is responsible for the overall design development and technical management throughout the project during the tender and project execution stages while ensuring appropriate design, survey, and drafting resources are in place to deliver technical information that complies with Client requirements and is within program and cost constraints.

Kaustav Bose
Design Manager
As Design Manager, Kaustav is responsible for the overall coordination of the Project design with the design engineering partners, the construction team, project developer and Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD).
Diego Ramon
Project Controls Director
As Project Controls Director, Diego is responsible for the overall project controls function throughout the project including but not limited to schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities.
Sean Lind
Commercial & Stakeholder Director
As Commercial & Stakeholder Director, Sean is responsible for the overall commercial aspects of the Project as well as managing and controlling functions including procurement, subcontract administration, contract administration, variation, and claims management.
Giordano Sampaio
Finance Director
As Finance Director, Giordano is responsible for the overall financial operations throughout the project, including but not limited to budgeting analysis, financial trends and forecast, monthly accounting closing procedures and reporting, and is a liaison with internal and external Auditors and Tax advisors.
